Meet Coach Rob Goodwin

For more than three decades, I chased muscle. I competed in bodybuilding, won titles, coached hundreds of transformations, and spent years believing that the ultimate goal was building the perfect physique. Eventually, I realized something. A great body doesn't automatically create a capable human. I've watched incredibly lean athletes struggle to carry heavy loads, climb hills, recover under fatigue, or perform outside the gym. At the same time, I've met ordinary-looking people who possessed a level of grit, resilience, and physical capability that no mirror could measure. That realization changed everything.

Today, I still believe in building muscle. In fact, I think strength and hypertrophy are the foundation of a long, healthy life. But muscle is no longer the finish line.
It's the starting point.

My coaching is built around one idea: Become Dangerous.

That doesn't mean becoming reckless or intimidating. It means becoming the kind of person who is physically prepared for life's demands. Someone who is strong enough to carry heavy things, resilient enough to keep moving when others quit, and disciplined enough to do difficult things on purpose.

Every program I create blends intelligent strength training, conditioning, loaded carries, rucking, and practical athleticism into one system designed to build more than just a physique. I want my clients to look good. But I want them to feel capable.
To move with confidence. To develop the kind of fitness that doesn't disappear when they step outside the gym. Because muscles fade. Capability stays.

The Become Dangerous Ideology was born incorporating my Build, Burn, Carry Model.

Radically simple, brutally effective.

Build. Burn. Carry.
Three simple demands. One complete approach to physical capability.

We build strength and muscle. We burn through conditioning that challenges your engine. Then we carry—because real-world strength doesn't end when the set is over.

Build • Burn • Carry isn't about random movements, chasing arbitrary scores, or seeing how much suffering you can tolerate. Every element has a purpose. Every workout is designed to make you stronger, harder to break, and more capable under fatigue.
We don't train for a score. We train for capability.

If you're looking for another six-week shred or the latest fitness trend, I'm probably not your coach. But if you're ready to build a body that's strong, useful, resilient, and earned...
Welcome.
Let's become dangerous.

Keep checking back as the evolution continues...
